Refund Policy

Academic Resource Center fee based services are generally non-refundable and, by virtue of registering for the workshop, students acknowledge that they are aware of the policy. Students who drop an ARC 35 course through GROWL before the end of the Add/Drop period for that quarter, in which they are registered, will receive a full refund for the course credited to their account. If a student wishes to drop an ARC 35 course after the Add/Drop period for that quarter, no refund will be issued. Under select and extreme circumstances, this policy can be waived and a partial refund may be granted. Students wishing a refund after the third week of the quarter must send an email to Steve Garcia detailing the reason they are requesting a waiver to the no refund policy. If more information is required, a direct meeting may be required before a ruling on the request will be made.
